Dear Visitor! 

I am Barbara Vizi, the owner of the "Diamond Star" Maine Coon Cattery. 

My cattery was founded more than 13 years ago, so I can confidently say that I am one of the experienced breeders. 

I got my first Maine Coon cat in early 2011, whose cats had such an impact on me that I decided to take the breed more seriously. 

My love for Maine Coons continues to this day, I spend all my free time with them, many people also call me a cat whisperer. I believe that cats are wild animals that belong to nature and feel better there, so I built suitable, sophisticated and almost luxurious enclosures for them, where they can enjoy the sunshine, birds, and bugs. Heated houses have been built in each enclosure for the colder days of winter. The apartment also features three separate "cat rooms", one of which is specifically designed for the needs of mother cats and their kittens.

My cats are FIV, FELV free and have negative tests for genetic diseases typical of the breed (HCM, SMA, PKdef), and I also have their hearts (HCM) and kidneys (PKD) checked with ultrasound. 

They receive the maximum in terms of both cleanliness and care, which I spend a lot of time and energy on, and I do not have overcrowded housing either. They are raised on quality food and of course receive veterinary care if necessary. I provide calm conditions for the mother cats during pregnancy and raising their kittens, making sure that each kitten receives the necessary socialization, so they do not leave me as wild cats, but as well-behaved, real love bombs. Furthermore, I consider myself a responsible breeder who is there even when there is a problem, because I do not let go of the owners' hands, or even the paws of my kittens.

My kennel is official, registered with the Cat Association, and also has a FELIR and facility identifier according to Government Decree 578/2020. (XII.14.) - registered by NÉBIH. 

I strive for quality and not quantity. I keep the number small so that each cat receives the care and attention that a pet deserves. 

In my kennel, you can also find special Maine coon kittens, such as snow-white or colored blue and one-eyed, and in addition to these, in 2025 we started breeding colorpoint Maine coon kittens too. 

My goal is to breed the breed and to have not only special, beautiful, typical, but also healthy, good-natured kittens born in my kennel, and thus brightening up the everyday lives of many families with a purring cuteness. 

I have also completed internationally recognized cat breeding courses!
